Modular Home Builders in VT
Vermont Signature Homes Origin Story
In a valley where home prices have surged from $100 per square foot to over $600 per square foot, finding an affordable way to build a home has become a major challenge. At Vermont Signature Homes, we recognized the need for an alternative solution to keep homeownership within reach for prospective buyers.
However, as we began offering parcels of land to our customers, we faced a significant hurdle: long lead times from contractors that made timely construction nearly impossible.
That’s when we partnered with Signature Building Systems, an expert in modular home construction based in Pennsylvania. Through this collaboration, we were able to offer an innovative solution—high-quality, affordable homes that meet our budgetary goals without sacrificing craftsmanship. Signature’s streamlined process enables us to deliver homes faster and more efficiently, allowing us to provide our customers with cost-effective, durable housing options that stand the test of time.

Corey is a managing partner of Vermont Signature Homes and his role will be the field coordination and execution. Corey is a UMBC (University of MD Baltimore County) graduate who began his construction career as a field engineer in the water/wastewater construction industry. Over the years, Corey worked his way from the field to the office where he became a Project Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar water/wastewater construction projects in the Baltimore/Washington DC metropolitan area. His extensive construction background brings valuable expertise which our customers will see and appreciate in residential construction. Corey is also a father of four so “Free” or “Spare” time are quite sparse. However, he enjoys snowboarding with his kids in the winter and long days at a local swimming hole in the summer.
